- Scheduling and planning of trade appointments off-site.
- Organize in priority and identify high priority tasks, and report daily.
- Prepare, edit and finalize presentations, documents, spreadsheets, marketing documents and reports.
- Detail oriented, ability to check accuracy of work and provide consistent follow-up.
- High level of organization, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Exceptional professionalism and demonstrates tact and diplomacy.
- Good computer skills, particularly in MS Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Knowledge of Social Media platforms.
- Previous Sales Experience is a MUST
