Montall Beauty Salon is looking for an experienced and talented Nail Technician to join our team on a permanent, long-term basis.
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented nail artist who is passionate about their work and providing high-quality services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Russian manicure
- Pedicure
- Gel polish application
- Gel nail extensions
- Nail refills and corrections
- Nail shaping and strengthening
- French manicure
- Nail art and various nail designs
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Professional experience as a Nail Technician
- Strong skills in Russian manicure
- Must be able to perform manicures and pedicures
- Must be experienced in gel nail extensions
- Must be confident in performing French manicures and various nail designs
- Ability to work neatly, safely, and efficiently
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Friendly and respectful attitude toward clients and team members
- Basic conversational English is required to communicate with clients
- Willingness to work with the salon on a long-term, permanent basis
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Salon hours are 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Working days and shifts are flexible and can be discussed and agreed upon with the candidate
Compensation:
- 50/50 commission split
- Estimated earnings: $3,500–$6,500 per month, depending on the schedule, number of client bookings, and services performed
