NewGen Custom Foot Solutions is a growing foot care clinic specializing in custom orthotics, orthopedic footwear, and compression therapy. We work closely with patients to relieve pain, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life.
We are currently looking for a motivated and personable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and help manage incoming leads, patient bookings, and clinic flow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contact new leads from social media and marketing campaigns
- Understand patient needs and educate them on our services
- Book patients in for assessments
- Follow up with booked patients to ensure they attend appointments
- Assist with patient flow during assessment days
- Support basic billing and administrative tasks
- Help create a smooth and professional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport
- CRM experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle follow-ups and stay on top of tasks
- Sales or customer service experience is a strong asset
- Experience in a clinic or medical setting is a bonus (not required)
