Sales Manager – Property Care & Landscaping
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Manager to join our growing property care and landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, preparing estimates and proposals, and leading the sales process from initial contact to project completion. You will play a key role in expanding our residential and commercial client base while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Generate new residential and commercial landscaping and property maintenance clients. Meet with customers to assess their needs and provide professional recommendations. Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for landscaping, lawn care, property maintenance, hardscaping, and seasonal services. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Work closely with operations to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations. Track sales performance and maintain accurate customer records using CRM software. Represent the company professionally at networking events and community functions.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in landscaping, property maintenance, construction, or a related industry. Strong knowledge of landscaping and outdoor services is an asset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to prepare estimates and read site plans is an asset. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
