We are hiring a Pharmacy Manager in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, offering $70–75 per hour, a $15,000 signing bonus, and 4 weeks of paid time off. This full-time, permanent role is with a retail pharmacy supported by RPI Consulting Group.

Your responsibilities include managing pharmacy operations, mentoring staff, driving patient care (injections, medication reviews, chronic disease management), controlling inventory and budgets, and ensuring compliance with Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists standards. We are looking for a licensed pharmacist (or eligible) with the NSCP, ideally with retail management or supervisory experience. Strong clinical skills, business acumen, and a passion for community healthcare are essential.
