Job Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Manager of Sport Operations for all LUG Sports Leagues, the Game Day Staff will assist the umpire in managing our Softball league in Osgoode this summer by keeping track of stats, setting up the field and ensuring the execution of all games in a timely and most importantly, fun but competitive manner.
Key Task and Responsibilities:
- Field Setup
- Keep Track of Score and Stats (Home Runs, Runs, Final Score)
- Assist referee in managing the game
- Post on social media (gameplay, post game pictures, etc...)
- Report Incidents
- Point of communication between management and the league
- Manage the softball equipment and collect from players after games
Qualifications/Skills:
- Knowledge of Softball Rules
- Access to Vehicle/Transportation
Field Location: Osgoode Village Park
Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm-11pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
