Overview
We are looking for energetic and dependable Supervisors to join our team at A&W Restaurants in Nanaimo. The Supervisor will help lead and participate with daily operations, support team members, and ensure customers receive fast, friendly service, with high quality food.
This role is ideal for someone with restaurant or fast-food experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and leading a team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and company standards
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
- Help create a positive team environment
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability preferred, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable and punctual
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
