The Production Crew is essential in delivering events that are seamless and professional. They are responsible for audio, visual, lighting and set preparations, making sure everything looks and sounds good. They help out with all production needs for Cadence, Impact, Spark, evening activities, Cabin Chat, Convo Cafe, and other events as needed. In order to support all audio, visual, lighting and set-up needs of their assigned areas, they move, lift, set up and takedown staging (stages, tarps, tables, tents, etc.) and equipment (speakers, microphones, lights, etc.). Their schedule varies through the week based on event needs including both daytime and evening shifts.
