We are hiring an experienced Stone & Corian Fabricator / Finisher to join our production team.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with stone, Corian, and solid surface materials, particularly in fabrication, sanding, polishing and finishing, .
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently and have a strong understanding of proper finishing techniques and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Sand, polish, and finish stone, Corian, Quartz, Porcelain and other solid surface materials
- Fabricate and prepare countertops, panels, and other custom components
- Perform edge finishing and surface preparation
- Repair and finish seams and joints to achieve a clean, professional appearance
- Read and understand shop drawings, measurements, and specifications
- Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality and accuracy
- Operate appropriate fabrication and finishing tools and equipment
- Work closely with the production team to complete projects according to schedule
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow company quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with stone, Corian, or solid surface materials
- Strong sanding, polishing, and finishing experience is required
- Experience with stone and solid surface fabrication
- Ability to achieve high-quality, professional finishes
- Ability to read measurements and basic shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous experience in a custom millwork, countertop, or fabrication shop is preferred
Pay: $20 - $30/ hour
Competitive pay, negotiable based on experience
