Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultations and treatment plans.
- Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Help grow and promote specialized healthcare services within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Valid license to practice in Ontario
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in a community clinic setting is an asset.
