- Remote User Support: Utilize Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms to securely access user endpoints, deploy software updates, and troubleshoot system issues without disrupting workflow.
- Endpoint Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 11 workstations, ensuring systems are patched, compliant, and performing optimally.
- M365 Administration: Perform routine Microsoft 365 administrative tasks, including user provisioning, password resets, license allocation, and basic Exchange Online troubleshooting.
- Infrastructure Assistance: Assist senior administrators with foundational maintenance on Active Directory (managing user groups and permissions within Domain Controllers), Remote Desktop Services (RDS), and Hyper-V environments.
- Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose basic connectivity, VPN, and networking issues for remote and on-site staff.
- Security & Compliance: Monitor endpoint security dashboards to escalate alerts and ensure endpoint protection agents are active and healthy.
