The Front Store
Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring store performance and customer satisfaction at lynnwood drugs Responsible for managing all front store areas, including cosmetics, the FSM leads staff to deliver excellent service while optimizing daily operations. You will oversee scheduling, hiring, and financial analysis to meet store objectives and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain store standards for customer experience and profitability
- Manage labour scheduling for optimal productivity
- Lead hiring processes for store staff
- Conduct staff performance reviews and coaching
- Analyze financial reports to address discrepancies Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Proven financial and business acumen
- Effective time management and decision-making skills Drive exceptional customer care and operational excellence as the Front Store
- Lottery experience
