Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience across a variety of commercial settings. Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installation and repairs
- Operate mechanical tools and equipment safely during installation or repair processes
- Diagnose issues with refrigeration, HVAC systems, boilers, or other mechanical components within HVAC/R systems
- Assist with construction projects involving HVAC infrastructure upgrades or new installations
- Maintain detailed records of service performed and parts used for each job in the tracking and invoicing software
Skills
- Experience with HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read wiring schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and safety protocols in the field
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC/R systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
Pay: $52.00 per hour
