We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in the Oakville area. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating shipments with warehouses and freight providers, communicating with suppliers, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will also manage a small portfolio of customer accounts and support the Company's ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and enter them into the ERP system.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouses, freight providers, and customs brokers.
- Monitor supplier shipments and work with external warehouse providers.
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Provide timely, professional customer service and administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience required (QuickBooks Online).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish is an asset.
Schedule:
- Part-time, Monday to Friday
- 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (20 hours per week)
