Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Platform Operations Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support platform operations, production stability, incident management, and enterprise service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support platform operations across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
- Support modernization initiatives for banking systems, citizen services applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom services.
- Monitor platform health, availability, and operational performance.
- Manage incidents, problem resolution, and change management activities.
- Support telecom network operations, customer platforms, and 5G environments.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and operational automation solutions.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Support platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Platform Operations Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
- Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, or telecom customer platforms.
- Strong experience in platform operations, production support, and incident management.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational tooling.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms and platform technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Platform, Cloud, or IT Operations certifications preferred.
