This role is primarily pediatric, with opportunities to work with adolescents and adults depending on clinician interest and experience.

Clinical Focus
- Pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based intervention
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation
- Contribute positively to a stable, team-based clinical environment
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Registration in good standing with CASLPO
- 2–3+ years of clinical experience preferred
(Newer clinicians with strong supervision needs are encouraged to apply)
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation
Compensation
- Base salary plus bonus opportunities
- Total compensation range: $75,000–$110,000 per year+, depending on experience, caseload, and role mix
- Paid indirect time and structured clinical support to help you succeed

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
