Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments. The Cleaner will be responsible for performing custodial duties across 2 bank locations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This position offers flexible hours from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am Monday - Friday. Suitable for those looking to contribute to a well maintained facility while balancing other commitments. This position could will lead to a more permanent full time position that starts in October/November time frame but the security clearance takes two months to process.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly and regularly
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning duties
- Adhere to company policies and standards for cleanliness and sanitation
Skills
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in commercial settings
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
