Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Evenings, Weekends, Weekdays, Full Time.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Ensure compliance with all AGCO regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Cannabis customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient computer operation skills for inventory management and sales transactions
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
- Cashiering experience is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) is beneficial
