Shift: 12-hour continental shifts
About the Role
We’re seeking a Quality Control Technician who’s passionate about precision, safety, and continuous improvement. In this vital role, you’ll ensure the integrity and excellence of ADM’s food and feed products at our state-of-the-art vegetable oil processing facility in Windsor, Ontario. You’ll be the heartbeat of our laboratory—conducting analytical tests, maintaining equipment accuracy, and ensuring every product meets ADM’s world-class standards.
What You’ll Do

Conduct wet chemistry tests and safely handle chemicals

Prepare and analyze samples of raw materials, finished feed products (soybean meal, canola meal, hulls), and finished food products (edible oils)

Use modern laboratory instrumentation and computerized data systems to record and track analytical results

Calibrate and perform minor repairs on lab equipment to maintain reliability and compliance

Perform daily quality and monitoring checks throughout the facility

Retrieve and manage samples directly from production areas

Ensure all testing follows GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols

Education and Experience
Three (3)-year diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology or equivalent
OR 8–10 years of relevant laboratory experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
