The Role
Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. is currently looking for an Inventory Associate to join our team. This role focuses primarily on maintaining daily inventory accuracy through routine counts, monitoring material levels, and identifying shortages, overstock, or damaged items. The Inventory Associate ensures precise ERP data entry, communicates potential inventory issues, and supports material movement throughout the facility. Additional responsibilities include assisting with shipping/receiving activities and ensuring full compliance with SOPs and Cannabis Act regulations while contributing to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities
Primary Duties

Perform accurate daily inventory counts and maintain up‑to‑date stock records.

Conduct daily material checks, ensuring minimum stock levels are met and identifying potential shortages, overstock, or damaged materials.

Communicate any inventory concerns promptly, including low stock, discrepancies, damage, or quality issues.

Maintain a strong focus on material management.
Inventory Control & ERP Management

Complete precise inventory transactions using ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.

Support and follow all inventory control principles, including product movements, transfers, and adjustments in the ERP environment.

Assist with inventory‑related activities such as reorganization, staging, picking, labeling, and general material handling.
Shipping, Receiving & Facility Coordination

Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.

Provide backup support to the receiving team when required.

Coordinate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to facilitate smooth material flow.

Verify the issuing and returning of goods across all facility departments to maintain traceable inventory movement.
Compliance & Culture

Ensure all daily activities adhere to SOPs and fully comply with the Cannabis Act and related regulations.

Contribute to and promote a positive company culture, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.

Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
-
A minimum of 1 year experience in a supply chain related function such as inventory or shipping and receiving.

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Strong computer skills and adaptability.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships in a team environment is a must.

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform perpetual movement throughout production and various storage areas.

Lift Truck certification or willingness to be certified.
-
Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP software.

Long hours may be required on occasion or the occasional Saturday work.
