Duties
- Assist experienced mechanics with routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of machinery and equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic tasks such as tightening, loosening, and replacing parts
- Support in diagnosing mechanical issues by observing and reporting problems to senior staff
- Help with the disassembly and reassembly of machinery during repairs or upgrades
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during work activities
- Learn to operate various mechanical tools and equipment under supervision
Experience
- Prior experience is not required but is a plus; willingness to learn is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards safety are highly valued
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
