Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details with high accuracy
- Assist customers with sales processes, including upselling relevant products or services to enhance their experience
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer engagement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, maintaining excellent etiquette and communication skills
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and streamline processes
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for future reference and analysis

- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in sales, is preferred

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
