We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting Department as a full-time Accountant. Our Accountant is responsible for accounting operations such as payroll, auditing, month-end financial reporting and managing the accounts payable and receivable process. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Excel is required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage employees' paychecks.
- Coordinate with the payroll department on employees' deductions to be taken from salary checks.
- Calculate Personal Income Tax (PIT).
- Manage inventory and other assets of an organization.
- Assist in planning for tax audits.
- Analyze data to ensure accurate accounting reports are produced.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,540.00-$64,713.00 per year
