The Role
As a Landscape Construction Carpenter/Technician, you’ll be hands-on in the field, leading by example through elite craftsmanship and professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master the Craft: Show us what you got when it comes to rock wall construction, paving stone installation, grading, irrigation, planting, and carpentry work.
- Equipment Expert: Safely operate skid steers, excavators, compactors, and saws.
- Quality Control: Review project plans, monitor work quality, and provide constructive feedback to keep standards high.
- Site Safety: Maintain an organized, safe, and secure job site every single day.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: You have 3+ years of landscape construction experience with a track record of mentoring others on-site.
- Skills: You are proficient with a wide range of construction tools and heavy machinery, with carpentry skills required.
- Certification: Red Seal ticket preferred.
- Licensing: You hold a valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Physicality: You are capable of lifting 50+ lbs and staying energized in all weather conditions.
- Professionalism: You are punctual, reliable, and have a professional appearance.
- Communication: You have a working cell phone and can communicate clearly with both the team and our clients.
