Job Summary
We’re looking for motivated sales acquisition specialists to join our team. In this role, you’ll build relationships with clients, generate sales leads, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate is personable, results-driven, and has strong communication skills. Sales reps earn 15-25% commission per job sold, providing great earning potential on sales of high ticket items.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication
- Generate leads via door-to-door, cold calling, and networking
- Present and sell services tailored to customer needs
- Close sales and meet individual/team targets
- Collaborate with marketing to boost brand awareness
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM
- Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
Experience
- Proven sales experience is a plus, but a proactive attitude is key
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and adapt to diverse clients
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- CRM experience is a bonus but not required
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-oriented
