Our client, a well-established Construction material wholesaler in Vaughan, is seeking a Data Entry to join their team!
Key Benefits to you:
✅ $20/hr - Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Supporting the Buyer with administrative and purchasing-related paperwork
✓ High volume data entry and maintaining accurate records in the system
✓ Walking the warehouse to assist with inventory counts and spot checks
✓ Reviewing hardware, plumbing, and electrical products for accuracy and stock verification
✓ Bringing documentation from the warehouse into the office for processing
✓Supporting inventory control across a warehouse with multiple office areas
What We’re Looking For:
✓ 3 years’ experience as an Order Administrator and Customer Service
✓ Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✓ High attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
✓ Ensuring clear communication in English, both written and verbal.
