Position: Supply Chain Co-op
Compensation: $43K-45K, 37.5 hrs per week
Work location: Toronto, Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
We are looking for a Co-op student to join our Supply Chain team for Fall 2026! This is great exposure for individuals looking to gain valuable supply chain experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. supply chain team in a fast-paced CPG environment.
Working with large data sets to make recommendations to the wider supply chain team.
Working with supply chain team, and cross functional partners on process improvements
Collaborate with other parts of the business on implementing new ideas, and improving our ways of working
Soft Skills/Requirements:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be able to communicate and articulate ideas with ease
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong drive and self-starter
Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies an asset
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous industry knowledge is considered an asset
