Duties
- Support front-of-house staff with serving guests, taking orders, and managing POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast POS, and OpenTable Reservation System.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and service stations according to food safety regulations
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Support in general restaurant maintenance including cleaning tables, floors, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest services and resolve any customer concerns promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS or OpenTable Reservation System
- Prior Restaurant or hotel/hospitality background is advantageous but not required
