Hi there! We’re Aykah Furniture (www.aykah.ca) and we’re looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our in-store team and grow with us.
As a Sales Associate at Aykah Furniture, you’ll be the face of our showroom—welcoming customers, guiding them through our collections, and helping them find pieces that feel right for their homes. You’ll combine product knowledge with a personalized approach to create a seamless shopping experience, while supporting daily store operations and contributing to our continued growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and engage walk-in customers, providing personalized advice and product recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries via email, messages, and phone with a professional and helpful tone
- Post and manage listings on Facebook Marketplace using multiple accounts to drive customer engagement
- Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom with well-organized product displays
- Process transactions accurately (cash, credit/debit, and digital payments)
- Support team members and collaborate on daily store operations

Who You Are
- Experienced in retail sales (2+ years preferred)
- Experienced in customer service (1–3 years preferred)
- A confident communicator who loves building customer relationships
- Comfortable using your personal Facebook account to post and manage Marketplace ads
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Able to work weekends and occasional evenings
- Tech-savvy with strong multitasking and computer skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); a second language is a bonus!
- Eligible to work in Canada (Work Permits, PRs, and Citizens only – no students)
