Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide professional recommendations.
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance the client experience and support retail sales efforts.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Foster a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business and builds lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in hair styling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean work environment consistently.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling hair care products.
- A valid cosmetology license is required.
