Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting various warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving, and operating heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes. Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to specifications
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and order status
- Maintain safety standards during heavy equipment operation and manual handling of goods
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and inventory control
- Support warehouse organization by stacking, storing, and retrieving materials as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles
- Mechanical knowledge for operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and construction tools
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and order processing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Skilled in order picking and load & unload procedures
- Experience with heavy equipment operation including forklift driving and crane handling
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in order accuracy and inventory management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $17.85-$25.98 per hour
