Trading Cards & Collectables Retail Store Manager
Are you passionate about collectable sports & gaming cards, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience? We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and help establish our store as a premier destination for collectors of all experience levels.
As a New Brunswick owned trading card and collectibles retailer for over 35 years, we take pride in providing outstanding customer service, industry knowledge, and a welcoming environment for the collecting community. Whether a customer is opening their first pack or searching for a high-end addition to their collection, our goal is to make every visit to our locations a positive and memorable experience.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous retail leadership or management experience
- Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a reliable, results-oriented approach
- Experience and confidence working with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- A passion for sports cards, trading cards, collectibles, or hobby culture is considered an asset
Key Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of day-to-day store operations
- Leading, training, and motivating store employees
- Ensuring customers consistently receive exceptional service
- Overseeing inventory management, product ordering, and new product launches Coordinating in-store promotions, special events, and product release days
- Monitoring sales performance and working toward established store targets
- Managing staff schedules, cash procedures, and operational reporting
- Maintaining a clean, organized, professional, and engaging store environment
$52,000-$65,000 annually, plus performance bonuses.
Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
