Foothills Septic is looking for a hard working labourer to assist with the construction and installation of onsite wastewater (septic) systems. This position involves a mix of physical labour, site preparation, pipe installation, landscaping restoration, and assisting equipment operators on residential and commercial projects.
Previous experience in construction, septic, plumbing, irrigation, landscaping, earthworks, or related trades is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
This is currently a seasonal position, but given the rapid growth of our company, past seasonal hires have transitioned into full-time, year-round roles. Paid training is available for successful candidates.

Assets (Not Required)
- Experience with septic, plumbing, irrigation, electrical, or earthworks projects
- Experience operating powered mobile equipment (skid steer, excavator, loader, etc.)
- Experience towing trailers
- Class 3 driver's licence with air brake endorsement
We are happy to train the right person. Compensation will depend on experience.
Our shop is located in Black Diamond/Diamond Valley, and work starts at the shop each morning. Company vehicles and tools are provided during work hours, but applicants must be able to reliably commute to the shop. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7am to 5pm - weekends are yours to enjoy.
