We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Nurse Injector to join our vibrant medical aesthetic services team. In this role, you will work under a Medical Director to deliver expert non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers and other aesthetic treatments and services, to help clients achieve their beauty and confidence goals. Compensation Structure
This is a commission-based position, offering earning potential based on services performed, product sales, and client retention. The ideal candidate is motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to grow their client base and maximize their income.
Duties
- Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client goals, medical histories, and suitability for procedures.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare instructions, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making.
- Maintain meticulous records of treatments administered using advanced software like Jane app or similar platforms.
- Manage client appointments efficiently while providing exceptional guest services that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Assist with product demonstrations and promote aesthetic skincare lines or retail products to enhance client results.
- Uphold strict sanitation standards, including proper sterilization of tools and treatment areas, to ensure a safe environment for all clients.
- Collaborate with team members on social media management by sharing before-and-after photos and engaging content to grow our online community.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license with specialized training in aesthetic injectables such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.
- Proven experience in med spa or cosmetic dermatology settings, with knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures like laser treatments and dermabrasion preferred.
- Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, client flow, and team collaboration effectively.
- Proficiency with management software including Jane app, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly and build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with healthcare standards to maintain a hygienic treatment environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools for marketing purposes and brand promotion.

Pay: $40.00-$100.00 per hour
