Job Duties:
- Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and
- implement solutions
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical
- support analysts
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of
- cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
- Provide customer service

Work experience: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a
program of 1 year to 2 years. 1 to 2 years of related experience in:
- Shell script
- Internet
- Servers
- Programming software
- Database software
- Programming languages
- HTML/JavaScript
- MS Office
- Spreadsheet
- TCP/IP
- Visual Basic
- Call centre
- Quality assurance or control
Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent, 30 hours/week
Wage: $ 32 /hour
