Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve drinks and meals in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes or guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts
- Assist with setting up tables, cleaning spills, and resetting tables promptly
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns professionally
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Skills
- Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of POS systems for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change
- Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible serving practices is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 pounds)

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
