Ebb & Flow is looking for a Concrete Production Specialist to join our growing studio team! This position is available immediately, with shifts starting as half-days and flexible start times.

Our Company:
Ebb & Flow is a fast-growing company specializing in handmade, small-batch home goods. Our products—refillable candles, home mists, incense, and small concrete creations—are crafted in our Bracebridge studio using our unique production process. We sell both wholesale and online at www.ebbandflow.ca.
Responsibilities:
This candidate will be trained on the production of small batch concrete products. Activities include, but are not limited to:
Concrete Production: prepping molds, mixing small batch concrete recipes, pouring and levelling concrete, removing concrete from molds, sanding/ finishing concrete pieces, maintaining clean workspaces and tools.
Quality Control: identifying product defects and ensuring our quality standards are met.
The candidate will need to meet concrete production quotas while achieving below defect tolerances.
Ideal candidate:
- Enjoys working with their hands
- Enjoys working independently
- Enthusiastic and teachable
- Is able to lift 45lb bags of concrete
- Is able to work a half day in a respirator/ dust mask
- Ability to multi-task, think critically & problem solve on the fly
- Highly detail-oriented - follows instructions with attention to detail
- Interest in optimizing the production process
- Experience working with concrete is a plus but not required

Compensation will start at $18/hour with potential to increase based on performance.
