Job Description
- Fill pots and flats, wash pots, stakes, and other materials
- Clean hallways, facility areas, and workspaces
- Organize and clean warehouse and maintenance areas
- Assist with harvesting, threshing, and plant/material handling
- Wash lab coats and other assigned items
- Support watering of growth rooms and general housekeeping
- Notify supervisors of facility or operational issues
- Follow safety standards and participate in required safety programs
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and consistently
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Education/Training/Certifications
- High school diploma required
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a drug screening
- Start Time: 08:30 AM
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (hot or cool environments)
- Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends during peak season
- Ability to perform physically repetitive tasks
- Must be reliable and able to work independently or with minimal supervision
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $16.66 to $24.66 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
