About the Role
The Financial Analyst will provide timely financial insights and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role combines financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and business partnering within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You'll work closely with finance and operational leaders to improve reporting processes, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare monthly financial reports and performance analysis.
- Assist with annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances against budget and forecast.
- Develop financial models to support business decisions and operational initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and operational performance.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
Business Partnering
- Partner with operations and department leaders to provide financial insights.
- Support cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist leaders in understanding financial results and performance drivers.
- Participate in cross-functional projects as required.
Process Improvement
- Support the enhancement of financial reporting processes and internal controls.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial activities.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- High attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
Preferred
- CPA designation or progress toward CPA.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
