Sandbanks RCC is a busy, guest-focused RV park committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for travelers and long-term guests. We take pride in maintaining high standards across our grounds, facilities, and amenities.
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and experienced Seasonal Maintenance Technician to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, enjoys problem-solving, and can work independently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring our park remains safe, functional, and visually appealing for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on park facilities, buildings, and infrastructure
- Maintain RV sites, utilities (water, sewer, electric), and hookups
- Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
- Assist with groundskeeping tasks (mowing, trimming, landscaping, debris removal)
- Maintain restrooms, laundry facilities, and common areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and management
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the season
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and local regulations
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (RV park, campground, property maintenance, or similar setting preferred)
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
