Need a professional Carpenter who is specializes in Exterior carpentry and handyman work. Other requirements are:
- worked for at least 8-10 years + in either trades
- job locations are in Toronto and the GTA area
- MUST have a car or preferably a van to get rid of junk at job sites
- must have all your own saws, and other tools as well
- must love their job and be committed to customer satisfaction and take pride in their work
- must be a team player and be able to work in a team setting with fellow co-workers

General knowledge of all different trades but specializing in:
- General finished carpentry - exterior - decks, fences, bay windows, tudor boards, rotting windows and trim, and anything else requiring a saw
- Hardwood/vinyl floors installation
- Crown moulding
- General handyman jobs that would do with residential.
- Installing and hanging drywall
Not required, but it would be a bonus if you have skills in:
- Ceramic tile
- Kitchen/bathroom countertops
- Minor plumbing
- Minor electrical
- Taping/plastering/mudding
- Painting

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Experience:
- Carpentry: 7 years (preferred)
- drywall and plaster: 5 years (preferred)
- Handyman / Carpentry: 7 years (preferred)
