We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple clinics, driving performance, standardizing processes, and supporting growth across locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Operations & Performance
- Oversee operations across multiple dental practices to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Conduct regular on-site visits to clinics across the GTA to assess performance, support teams, and ensure standards are met
- Monitor KPIs (production, collections, patient flow, case acceptance, hygiene reappointment rates)
- Implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations
- Identify underperforming clinics and execute improvement plans
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and support Practice Managers and clinic-level administrative teams
- Provide in-person coaching and leadership during site visits
- Foster a culture of accountability, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
3. Financial Management
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost controls at the clinic level
- Analyze financial reports and drive profitability improvements
- Optimize scheduling and staffing to improve margins
- Partner with leadership on growth planning and resource allocation
4. Patient Experience & Growth
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service across all clinics
- Implement strategies to improve patient retention and acquisition
- Monitor online reviews and patient feedback
- Support marketing initiatives and local community engagement
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Ontario healthcare regulations and standards set by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
- Maintain adherence to infection prevention and control (IPAC) protocols
- Oversee health & safety policies and privacy compliance (PHIPA)
- Prepare clinics for audits and inspections
6. Systems, Processes & Scaling
- Lead implementation of practice management software and reporting systems
- Standardize workflows across new and existing clinics
- Support integrations of newly acquired practices
- Identify automation and efficiency opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations management experience (healthcare, dental, or multi-site retail preferred)
- Experience in a DSO or multi-location healthcare environment is a strong asset
- Knowledge of Ontario healthcare compliance and privacy regulations
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly between clinics within the GTA

Pay: $92,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
