Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable Landscape Labourer to join our team. The role involves outdoor work including lawn care, trimming, snow removal, and general site maintenance. Candidates must be physically fit, dependable, and able to work full-time on a consistent schedule.
Work Schedule
- Full-time: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Daily travel between job sites with the team (carpool from site to site)
- Not a summer-only position must be able to commit long-term
Key Responsibilities
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Lawn mowing and trimming
- Snow removal during winter season
- Leaf and debris cleanup using blower
- General outdoor labour duties as assigned
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Equipment / PPE Experience
Experience using the following is preferred:
- Trimmer / Weed Eater
- Lawnmower
- Snow removal tools
- Backpack blower
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Safety glasses (mandatory)
- Safety hat
- Safety shoes
- Safety gloves
- Headphones (optional)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of landscaping or outdoor labour experience
- University graduates may be considered if they have relevant work experience
- Must have own vehicle to reach job site
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be available for full-time schedule without conflicts
- Must have legal authorization to work (no work permit sponsorship provided)
