Customer Experience & Sales Specialist

We're looking for an outgoing, organized, and customer-focused person to join our growing team.
At Big Frog, we help businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations bring their ideas to life through custom apparel. Every day is different, and every customer has a unique project.
What You'll Do
- Help customers in-store, over the phone, and by email
- Prepare quotes and guide customers through the ordering process
- Build relationships with businesses, teams, and organizations
- Coordinate customer orders from start to finish
- Work with our production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every order
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Confidence using computers and learning new software
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a bonus, but not required
