Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Restoration Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various restoration tasks on commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete repair, patching, and resurfacing
- Operate basic hand and power tools (grinders, jackhammers, drills)
- Prepare surfaces (chipping, cleaning, pressure washing)
- Mix and apply repair materials (grout, mortar, epoxy)
- Support waterproofing and coating applications
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
Requirements:
- Previous construction experience is required
- Previous experience in concrete restoration an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Able to understand and read construction plans
- Able to provide own basic hand tools for work
- Clear communicator willing to take direction
- WHMIS and Working at Heights certification (preferred)
- Own, reliable transportation to job sites required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
