Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Community Care Division. In this role, you will provide quality client care, perform a variety of nursing tasks within your scope of practice, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes in a home care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer treatments as prescribed by physicians including wound care
- Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams as required
- Complete reports for funders
Qualifications & Skills
- Current registration with BCCNM as an LPN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in medical terminology and clinical documentation
- Compassionate, client-focused approach to care
