Sales Manager – Fitness Equipment & E-Bikes
Are you passionate about fitness, cycling, and helping customers find products that improve their lifestyle? We are looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Manager to lead sales growth in our expanding fitness equipment and e-bike business.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales operations for fitness equipment and e-bike departments
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide expert product recommendations
- Train and motivate sales staff to achieve targets
- Handle customer inquiries in-store, online, and over the phone
- Create and manage sales promotions and follow-up strategies
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Maintain knowledge of current fitness and e-bike trends
- Help grow online marketplace and social media sales opportunities
Requirements
- Previous sales or sales management experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for fitness, cycling, or active lifestyles
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Experience with social media, Facebook Marketplace, or online sales is an asset
- Comfortable working weekends and flexible retail hours
- Valid driver’s license is considered an asset
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment
- Assembly skills an asset
- Knowledge of bike service an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
