Squamish City Dentist is a modern, growing dental clinic looking for an enthusiastic Certified Dental Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated CDA who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow alongside a practice that's just getting started.
We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Schedule
This position will begin as a part-time role:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
As the practice continues to grow, there is a strong opportunity for this position to expand into a full-time role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
- Taking radiographs and digital scans
- Providing exceptional patient care and education
- Maintaining infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Supporting efficient clinical workflows
- Helping create a positive and welcoming patient experience
Qualifications
Certification as a Dental Assistant is required.
To be considered, applicants must:
- Hold current CDA certification in British Columbia
- Be eligible to work in Canada
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be reliable, organized, and professional
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
