- Improve shop floor rhythm, sequencing, and throughput
- Drive a “no surprises” operating rhythm with proactive issue resolution
- Own key metrics: on-time delivery, labor utilization, productivity
- Turn data into action and hold your team accountable to results
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Oversee a workforce that includes both union and non-union employees
- Develop systems that reduce variability and reliance on tribal knowledge
- Implement a strict “ready-before-release” production standard

- Experience implementing structure and process in environments that lacked it
- Strong presence on the shop floor—someone who leads from the front
- Ability to make tough calls, hold people accountable, and drive change
- Leadership experience in unionized environments
- Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or similar certification add value
Why This Role Stands Out
