Medical Assistant / Clinical Patient Coordinator

We are a growing specialty healthcare practice in Calgary seeking a polished, personable, and detail-oriented team member to join our patient care team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in medical aesthetics, dental assisting, clinical coordination, or patient-focused healthcare environments who enjoys combining clinical support with exceptional patient experience.
We are looking for someone who is warm and confident with patients, highly organized behind the scenes, and comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, skincare products, and financial options professionally and naturally.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in dental, orthodontic, medical aesthetics, dermatology, or clinical patient care preferred
- Strong attention to detail with charting and documentation
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, skincare, and finances with patients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-end patient experience
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with patient flow and clinical coordination
- Accurate charting and patient documentation
- Educating patients on treatment recommendations and skincare products
- Supporting consultations and discussing treatment options/financing
- Maintaining treatment rooms and clinical organization
- Assisting providers and supporting overall clinic efficiency
- Creating a welcoming, elevated patient experience from start to finish

Schedule:
- Full-time preferred
